Bedtime Drinks That Will Help You Burn Belly Fat

Today we present to our readers a list of very best homemade drink recipes that will not only refresh you but also help you get slimmer while you sleep after drinking them.

These are some of the basic recipes which you can adjust according to your taste, like adding less sugar or use water instead of soda. However, one thing is for sure they will be incredibly delicious.

Cucumber fat loss drink

To make this drink, you will need the following ingredients.

  • 1 cucumber
  • a bunch of parsley or cilantro
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp aloe Vera juice
  • 1/2 glass water

Juice all the ingredients and consume them before sleeping. Continue drinking it regularly for one month and then take a 1-week break. If need be, you can start the process again.

Pear and sage drink

To make this drink, you will need the following ingredients.

  • 10 fresh sage leaves
  • 1 lime
  • 250 ml of pear juice (fresh or packaged)
  • 250 ml of sparkling water
  • 1 pear
  • ice

Slice the lime in half while cut the pears in cubes and place them all in a pitcher. Add in it the mashed Sage. Ad in it some crushed ice, pear juice, and sparkling water. Mix it well before drinking.

Grapefruit and cinnamon drink

To make this drink, you will need the following ingredients.

  • 500 ml of grapefruit juice (fresh or packaged)
  • 500 ml of sparkling water
  • 1 glass of water
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 anise seed
  • mint leaves
  • ice
  • some sugar

Take sugar, water, and cinnamon and put them in a pan to make syrup. Simmer them until the sugar melts down.  Let the liquid cool down. Mix the syrup and sparkling water in a jug. Drink with ice and if you like it, add in some mint and anise.

Energy lemon drink

To make this drink, you will need the following ingredients.

  • 5 lemons
  • 1 liter of sparkling water
  • mint
  • ice

Squeeze the juice of four lemons and slice the fifth lemon in circles. Combine this lemon juice and the sparkling water in a jug. Drink this lemon water with ice and mint.

Spicy Indian drink

To make this drink, you will need the following ingredients.

  • 4 limes
  • ginger according to taste
  • mint
  • 1 liter of sparkling water
  • 1/2 glass of water
  • ice
  • some sugar

Squeeze the juice out of lemons. Add the sugar in water and let it simmer on stove until it melts completely. Grate the ginger and add it into this warm sugar water. Then add the lime juice in it and add ice and sparkling water.

Pineapple drink

To make this drink, you will need the following ingredients.

  • 1 liter of sparkling water
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 can of pineapple in its own juice
  • mint

Boil the water in a pan. Cut the lemons in halves and juice them. Add sugar into water and let it simmer until it melts down completely. Add the lemon and take the pan off the stove. Pour this mixture into a jug through a sieve. Add the lemon and pineapple juice in. Cut some pineapple pieces and add in the liquid and let it cool in the fridge. Drink it before going to bed.

Strawberry and fresh herbs drink

To make this drink, you will need the following ingredients.

  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 lime
  • mint and estragon
  • strawberries
  • 1 liter of sparkling water
  • 100 ml of water
  • ice

Take the juice of lie and lemon in a jar and also drop in the peels. Cut the strawberries in halves and add these strawberries and herbs inside the jar as well. Pour hot water over all of them in the jar and let it rest or some time to let it have some aroma and flavor. Take out the peels and let the drink cool down. Add sparkling water and ice to the water and sip on it before sleeping or pretty much any time of the day.
