Nearly each one of us dreams about eating each and everything without gaining any weight. While many of us claim to do the same, but there is, unfortunately, no such thing. While this is the case, there are still some foods that help curb the appetite to avid you from gaining weight.

Redfish

A combination of these nutrients makes a person feel full for a very long time which only adds to the health benefits of eating fish meat. If a person eats redfish on daily basis they will have a reduced risk of following diseases.

Avocado
Avocados not only contain some essential Fatty Acids but also the Oleic Acid that keeps a person satiated on fewer calories consumed.
Coffee
Caffeine is not only helpful in burning calories and breaking down fats but also control the appetite. If a person drinks a cup of coffee 30 minutes before a meal, it positively impacts their hunger. It is also recommended for those who are trying to lose weight to drink two cups of Black Coffee each day.
Chia seed
Chia seeds are natural water absorbents. They can exceed an amount of water that exceeds 11 to 12 times the mass of the seed itself. These seeds if consumed help fills up the stomach to create a sense of satiety. They are great appetite reducers.
Chili pepper
Chili Peppers contain a compound named Capsaicin. This is a natural chemical that reduces the appetite as well as burns the excess fat of the body. According to a study, one gram of Chili Pepper can reduce and suppress the appetite which in turns leads to weight loss.
Spinach
Spinach contains a compound named ‘Thylacoids” that helps increase the level of Leptin Hormones in the human body. This hormone is responsible for controlling the sense of hunger as well as the exchange of energy. With the excessive amount of this hormone, a person will have reduced appetite and this leads eventually to weight loss.
To achieve the desired effects, 100 grams of Spinach consumption every day is recommended.
