Simply apply Vaseline daily for 1 to 3 weeks on the scarred surface. It makes the dry skin look hydrated and the scarred skin also looks less dry and tough.

Pure Aloe Vera Gel
Aloe Vera has been in use for centuries and might even longer than that due to its amazing therapeutic properties. Simply apply the Aloe Vera Gel on to the scar directly and massage the area in circular motions. Leave the gel on the area for 30 minutes and rinse it off with water. It is best for following uses.

Essential oils (sandalwood oil and lavender oil)
Essential oils, in general, have the following features and properties.

Oils (olive oil and coconut oil)
Many natural plants have great therapeutic effects on the skin problem. Coconut Oil contains the following acids that heal the damaged skin by stimulation of collagen production.
