What woman in this world does not like to have long and luscious hairs that flow down the length of their back?  I guess all the ladies love these types of hairs but at the same time there are many problems in the way of achieving this goal and primarily one is the nutrition of these hairs.  Hair is the organ that also feeds off the nutrition of the body in order for it to grow but sometimes the nutrition from inside the body just does not cut it. In such cases, these hairs need to be fed by an outside source like using a facial mask made with natural ingredients.

Last time we presented a few of the hair masks to stimulate the hair growth and now we are back.

We present to our female readers, hair hacks to stimulate hair growth and make them look healthy as Rapunzel (Part 2).

Banana mask

For this hair mask, you will need the following ingredients. 

  • Bananas; 1 to 2
  • Honey; 2 tbsp

How to make the hair mask:

  • Mash these bananas in a puree form in a bowl
  • Add the honey in this mash banana puree and mix these both ingredients well
  • Before applying this mixture to the hairs make sure they are clean and a little damp
  • After applying the mixture, cover the hairs with a shower cap and let the mask sit in for half an hour
  • Rinse the mask afterward by using ordinary shampoo and cold water

Results:

The mask is intended especially to take care of the thin hairs. It adds strength and thickness to hair strands. The potassium packed in bananas is able to nourish the scalp as well as hair follicles and this allows them to maintain their natural elasticity to prevent any breakage or suffer from the split ends.

Flaxseed mask

For this hair mask, you will need the following ingredients. 

  • Water; 1 cup
  • Flaxseeds; 2 tbsp

How to make the hair mask:

  • Boil the water and then add flax seeds in this boiling water
  • Again boil the water with flaxseeds in it until the water appears to be thick
  • Let the water cool down for a bit
  • As the watery mixture is thickened, apply it over the hairs and let it settle in for 1 whole hour
  • Afterward, rinse it off by shampooing and using cold water.

Results:

Flax seeds are packed with Omega-3 fatty acids that provide nourishment to the hairs and cause their elasticity to be increased. This mask is also effective in fighting off skin conditions like eczema and dandruff.

Coconut oil mask

For this hair mask, you will need the following ingredients.

  • coconut oil; 1
  • Lavender oil; 2 tbsp
  • Aloe Vera gel; 1tbsp

How to make the hair mask:

  • mix all of these ingredients inside a bowl thoroughly
  • apply this mixture with care to make it reach the roots of the hairs
  • afterward, over the head with a shower cap and let the mask settle in for about 1 hour
  • afterward, rinse it off with the shampoo and cold water

Results:

This mask is great for those ladies who are looking to nourish their hairs as well as condition them to make them look shinier. It also reduces the hair loss effect along with fighting off any infections of the scalp.
