Home remedies for fixing face problems that we often suffer

The appearance of a person is extremely important as it reflects the health of a person and most people often see this as the first thing in a person. Still, many of us suffer from facial flaws such as; nearly 60 percent of the world population suffers from the cruel problem of acne.

However, what you did not know is that most of these facial problems can be treated by changes in one’s nutrition as well as their lifestyle.

This is why we present a few home remedies for fixing the facial problems that we often suffer.

Wrinkles

Wrinkles are troublesome but they can be treated with the banana peel. For this remedy, you need to make the puree out of the banana and mix it in 1 tbsp of honey.  Also, add in a little yogurt and orange juice to maximize the effects.

Apply this mixture on the face and let it sit for about 20 minutes. Afterward, rinse only with cold water and use a moisturizing cream.

Irritations

Toothpaste is not only great for cleaning one’s teeth but also to help provide soothing effect from skin irritation. One only needs to apply it in a little amount on the affected area.

Still, before applying the toothpaste to treat the skin irritation, we recommend testing the reaction of the paste on the skin. To test the reaction, apply little of it on healthy skin and what for a bit. If there are no adverse reactions, then use it on the irritated area.

Pimples

Pimples are the ones that make the beauty of a person diminish by a great margin and if not treated, they can get swollen up and hurt a lot. But what you might be surprised to know is that potatoes can be helpful in treating the pimples.

Simple extract the juice of potato and apply it over the pimples and let it dry on its own.

Afterward, rinse the face with warm water and pat the skin dry.  This allows for the pimples to dry and then vanish in a few days.

Dry skin

Dry skin is a common occurrence of the winter season and if you are sick of it then you can try applying the avocado paste on the skin. Avocado is known for its moisturizing effects on top of the soothing effects. This is why it is great for treating dry skin problems.

Simply cut an avocado in two and mash it into a pulp form. Stir this pulp until a creamy texture is formed. Apply this cream on the face and let it sit there for about 20 m minutes. Rinse afterward with cold water.

Oily skin

For those of you who are troubled with the oily sin, then all you need to treat it are few tomatoes.

For using the tomatoes to treat the oily skin; mash one tomato into a paste and add in 1 tbsp of sugar in it.  Mix these ingredients well before applying as a facial mask. Let it sit for about 10 minutes. Afterward, use the cold water to rinse it off. This makes the skin a little bit dry and tight, thus not only diminishing the oily skin but also making you look younger.

Light eyebrows

Milk is one of the magical ingredients that can help you get rid of those light eyebrows. Simply take the fresh milk and soak a cotton pad in it. Rub this milk-soaked cotton pad over the eyebrows a few times a day and let them dry on their own every time.

If you like you can also rinse the eyebrows afterward with warm water.

Acne

Green tea is effective against combating the threat of acne. Brew a cup of green tea and let it cool down. Take a cotton pad and dip it thoroughly in this tea. Wipe the cotton pad on the face and let the tea absorb as well as wash your skin.

If there are scars from the previous outbreak of acne, then you can simply add in lemon juice. Dilute the lemon juice by adding some water and then moistening the scars with this liquid. Let the skin be moisturized with this lemon juice before rinsing it with warm water.

In case of deep acne scars, consult a dermatologist.

Large pores

Some people suffer from large skin pores on their faces and the ingredient to help clear these pores is Apple Cider Vinegar. Mix the ACV and Water in 1:1 and then apply it on the face. Afterward, wash the face with clear water. In order to prevent the dryness caused by ACV’s acidity, moisturize the skin with a cream.

A double chin

There are numerous exercises available for reducing the problem of Double Chin but the most effective way to reduce it is to Chew Gum.

Simply take a piece of gum and start chewing on it for one hour.  This will engage the muscles of the chin and thus reduce the double chin effect.

Dark circles under the eyes

Almond oil is the perfect remedy for treating the dark circles under the eyes. Simply apply a few drops of the almond oil on your eyelids before sleeping and then wash it off in the morning. This will be a great cleansing for your undereye dark circles.

Facial Hairs

In order to remove the excess facial hairs, make your own hair removal mixture.

  • Add half a tbsp of cornstarch in 1 egg and add in 1 tbsp of sugar.
  • Mix these ingredients to form a homogeneous mixture.
  • Apply this on the face as a mask and let it sit for only 5 minutes.
  • After it dries up, peel it off in a gentle yet quick manner.
  • The excess hairs will be attached to the mask.

Omitted face

A face to look pretty must be tightened. In addition to surgical intervention, there are other methods to improve the shape of one’s face. There a lot of exercises that one can easily find online to help to get an omitted face.  The muscles, after these exercises, become elastic which makes the face look young and fresh.
