  • Take 1 cup of white vinegar and 1 cup of the Listerine and mix them both in 2 cups of water
  • Place your feet in this mixture and let them soak for about 15 minutes.
  • Remove the feet and give them a good scrubbing with the help of a Pumice stone., this will help remove all the dead skin.
  • Now pat them dry and apply a moisturizing cream.

Listerine has alcohol and thymol in it which helps to fight the fungus of toenails as well as treat cracked feet. As for the acid in the vinegar, it helps to soften the skin and help remove the dead skin easily.

Vinegar, Rice Flour, and honey

For this remedy, follow these following steps.

How to use:

  • To make the scrub; mix 3 tbsp of rice flour in 1 tsp of honey and 3 drops of ACV. Mix them well to form a thick paste.
  • First, soak your feet in warm water for about 10 minutes and then apply this paste over the feet.

Rie flour helps the skin by exfoliating and remineralizing it. As for honey, it has natural antiseptic properties that help to heal the cracked feet. Lastly, vinegar helps by disinfecting the dead skin which results in earlier removal.

Banana

For this remedy, follow these following steps.

How to use:

  • Make a puree of 2 ripe bananas. Be careful to only use ripe ones because unripe ones have the acid content that is not suitable for feet skin.
  • Rub this puree paste over your cracked heels as well as on the nail beds. Let ti sit for 20 minutes
  • Rinse your feet with cool water.
  • The best time to perform this remedy is before bedtime.

This remedy works because banana happens to be a skin moisturizer from nature.  It is packed with vitamins like A, C and B6 all of which allow the skin to maintain its elasticity also with keeping the skin hydrated.

Honey

For this remedy, follow these following steps.

How to use:

  • Add one cup of raw honey in a tub filled with warm water
  • Place your feet in this water for about 20 minutes all the while massaging them
  • Use a pumice stone to exfoliate the skin
  • Pat your feet dry and then apply moisturizing cream

Honey is known to be the natural Humectant which means that it is able to draw water from within the tissues to keep the outer layers of skin hydrated. The fluid shifting results in the pouter skin to be plumped that aids in skin healing.
