Coconut Oil

Apples come with a unique combination of the flavonoids and the polyphenols. Both of these make apples a powerhouse energy source for those suffering from osteoporosis. Apples are also enriched with boron a trace mineral that helps in bone formation by holding the calcium of bones together.

For maximized effects of apples, eat them with their skin intact.

Fish Oil

The supplements of fish oil help to increase the bone density, all thanks to their high omega-3 fatty acids as well as the vitamin D content.

  • Add 2 tsps of Coriander seeds in 1 cup of hot water.
  • Cover the water and let it steep for 10 minutes.
  • Strain the liquid and add a little honey in it.
  • Drink this liquid 2 times a day

Another great way is to add a little coriander in your meals daily.
