Avocado is not only an edible fruit but it also has many other uses and that mostly includes for beauty purposes.

The skin of the Lips is very thin and sensitive which is why it is more prone to wrinkles. Avocados in them have Oleic Acid that can make your lips soft and plump.

There is a simple recipe for Lip cream made by avocados. Make a pup of a half avocado and add 1 tablespoon of Olive oil in it. Apply this mixture on your lips and let it remain for 25 minutes. Rinse it off with warm water. Repeat this procedure twice a week to have soft and supple lips.

To preserve the youthfulness and beauty of the facial skin, timely exfoliation of the dead skin cells is very crucial. Avocados contain Niacin and Vitamin E in them which are excellent for exfoliation.

To make an exfoliation cream from avocados, take 1 Avocado and make a pulp of it. Add in 2 tablespoons of oatmeal powder and 1 tablespoon of honey in it to make a mixture. Apply this mixture on the skin and massage in circular motions. Let the mixture on the skin for ten minutes. Rinse it off with warm water and do this procedure once a week to have vibrant skin.

For those who are bothered by stretch marks on their skin, there is an avocado cream to remove them. Avocado contains Vitamin E and C in it that helps to tighten the skin and reduces the stretch marks.

To make the anti-stretch mark cream, make a pulp of 1 ripe avocado, then add in it 2 tablespoons of almond oil. Apply this cream gently with fingers over the affected area and massage it softly. Leave the cream for 35 minutes and rinse off afterwards with warm water. Repeat this procedure for 2 to 3 times a week.

Women suffer from dark circles and eye bags due to the poor blood circulation and eye inflammation. Avocados which contain Vitamin A, D, C, and B-3 help in the reduction of such problems

To make a cream, make a pulp of half an avocado and add in it 4 cucumbers. To make a better cream, blend the avocado and he cucumbers. Let the mixture cool in a refrigerator for at least 1 hour and apply it under the yes. Leave it for 25 minutes. Afterwards rinse it off with warm water. Repeat this process once every morning.

Mix one pulp of an avocado and add in it 2 tablespoons of almond oil and 1 tablespoon of salt. Apply this mask in the roots of hairs and massage them gently. Afterwards apply the mixture to full length o the hairs and let it settle for 25 minutes. Rinse it off with warm water. To have long lasting effects, repeat the process 3 times in a week.

Just mix 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of orange essential oils in a pulp of half an avocado. After taking a bath, massage your heels wit this foot scrub and let it settle for 15 minutes. Rinse it off with warm water and protect the heels by wearing warm socks. Do this process 2 times a week.

The pit of the avocado is as healthy as its pulp. It is full of antioxidants which help fight oxidation in the body and slows down the ageing process.

To make a tea using avocado, soak a pit of the fruit in a glass of water for a night. Drink the water in the morning and split the pit into fine pieces. Put these chunks of the avocado pit into 600ml of water and boil it for 5 minutes to make a tea. Drink this tea every morning for vibrant skin. If the tea tastes bitter, add some sugar or honey in it.
