Natural Remedies For Diabetes Control

There are two following types of diabetes.

  • Let is settle for one day.

  • Blend until it is in a smooth consistency
  • Drink it on daily basis on an empty stomach

Ginseng tea

For diabetic patients, Ginseng Tea is famed for reducing the blood sugar levels. By drinking it daily, a diabetic patient will fell a considerable drop in their glucose levels.

You can use it the following way in your daily diet.

  • Take a Ginseng root and slice it in pieces
  • Use only 3 grams of root per 1 cup
  • Add it in water and let the water boil for 5 minutes
  • Take the roots out and add some more water
  • Drink this tea on a regular basis
