Cayenne Pepper
Cayenne pepper is pepper type which has been used as a way to add a little extra spicy touch to the dishes but did you know that it also acts as a natural food reducer by controlling the appetite and might also have some anti-cancer properties?
Well, it is and it is all thanks to a compound called Capsaicin in it which has been proven by studies to have an ability to reduce the appetite and also aid in weight loss by bringing the excess fat.
While it has been proven to help people reduce weight but people who already ate spicy foods, to begin with, did not have any benefit from it in weight loss due to a high pepper tolerance.
In addition to this, several studies have been conducted which prompted that Cayenne pepper might actually have some anti-cancer properties.
Ginger
Ginger might be a common house ingredient that is used as a spice in many dishes; it has also been used in various medicinal purposes as well.
Ginger has been known for actively treating nausea as well as has strong anti-inflammatory properties.
According to studies, 1 gram of ginger has the ability to treat nausea and this includes types of the following nausea.
- Morning sickness
- Chemotherapy
- Seasickness
Ginger has also been found to have strong anti-inflammatory properties to help manage the pain associated with inflammation of joints.

Fenugreek

While the effects of fenugreek on the testosterone levels are somewhat inconclusive currently, it is still known to have a positive effect on the blood sugar levels.
Fenugreek contains a plant protein called 4-hydroxyisoleucinewhcih acts as an insulin regulator.

Rosemary
Rosemary has been known for active treatment of allergies as well as nasal congestion.
The active ingredient in Rosemary is called Rosmarinic Acid, a substance which has been proven to suppress the effect of allergic reactions along with nasal congestion.
Garlic
For the most part of the ancient medicinal history, garlic has been used as a medicine.
