The winter season is now long gone and the heat of the summer is upon us. While a person once in awhile plans for a beach vacation, a fishing trip or a stroll by the lake, summer is usually about staying indoors.

As the summer season progresses, so does the heat accompanied by it and with it, the human body starts to sweat causing the energy level to drop down significantly.
