Chronic sitting

Overtraining

Not getting enough sleep
Well, sleep is also an important thing when it comes to kidney health just like the overall health. The sleep and waking cycles of a person regulate their kidney functions. Kidneys get a renewal to it when a person sleeps. So when a person does not sleep properly, the kidneys do not get their daily natural healing and can get damaged.
Improper sleep is also responsible for causing Atherosclerosis which results in arteries to be clogged up. This condition can ultimately lead to high blood pressure and kidney failure.
